Does Baby Dreambox need to be connected to internet?
Baby Dreambox was designed and developed as an offline application, so it doesn't need to be connected to the internet while using. You can use it really everywhere.
Does using of Baby Dreambox cost something?
Once you buy Baby Dreambox in your App Store you can use it forever without any fees.
Are you saving some private data about me?
No. We are not saving any private data about our customers.
 
We only collect anonymous statistics about used sounds. That way we know what types of sounds our customers like.
How far and how loudly should be Baby Dreambox used?
This is up to every parent. The Baby Dreambox wasn't developed to be situated in the baby bed while soothing. It should be placed somewhere close, but out of the child's reach. 
What sounds are available in Baby Dreambox?
Currently, there is more than 20 soothing sounds and melodies in Baby Dreambox

Is Baby Dreambox available in different languages?
Baby Dreambox is currently available in the following languages

What will happen if someone will call me during soothing?
If you receive a call during soothing you will be normally informed about it. If you don't want to be interrupted while sooting you need to set up your phone to silent mode, flight mode, or redirect your calls to a different number.
How can I delete custom sound?
To delete one of your custom sounds please do the following:
  1. Hold custom sound you wish to delete until the edit screen appears
  2. Click on the button of trash bin
  3. Confirm the removal of your custom sound
 
How many custom sounds can I record?
Currently, it is possible in Baby Dreambox to record up to 6 custom sounds.
What is the difference between Smart and Regular Timer?
Regular Timer is a classic timer, which plays melodies for a set time.
 
The smart timer is much more clever and can listen to your baby and play sounds only when it is needed.
How does Smart Timer works?
Smart Timer is a unique soothing feature available in Baby Dreambox.
 
This timer is playing to soothe your baby for a set time. When this time ends Smart Timer stops playing and starts to listen to your baby. When your baby is awake and crying it will start playing lullaby again until your little one sleeps and then listens again.
Can Baby Dreambox play my songs from my device?
Unfortunately, this feature is not available in the current version, but we are planning to implement it in some of our future updates.
Can Baby Dreambox audio be transmitted to other devices?
We designed and developed our Baby Dreambox for use with the latest operating systems and devices, so it fully supports streaming to Airplay on iOS. It means you can use also your TV as a soothing device.
